Growing up in California, Ethan was naturally drawn to the art of the kitchen, arranging nightly meals to bring home and family together.
Through the allure of international cuisine, this purpose was pursued in Florida. Working and studying through the culinary profession, Chef Ethan is a savant in expert dining, nutrition, and delicious diverse cuisine. With a goal to astound each expectation.

About Aleksandra

Originally from the European country Bulgaria, Aleksandra’s international education and experience in marketing as well as event coordination offers excellence to all areas of service. As Event and Marketing director, she leads stratigic opportunities for growth, Aleksanda marveled the potential of Cordial Cottage Private Chef, .

After coming to Florida, Aleksandra and Ethan tied the knot in love and for their beloved keen talents.

Cordial Cottage was created to join the homely beginnings with the refined service for a spectacular experience to each client.
