From early beginnings, Ethan always splendored in the craft of cooking while also making dining a delight. This passion has displayed in creating exceptional food in the most genuine manner.
Growing up in California, Ethan was naturally drawn to the art of the kitchen, arranging nightly meals to bring home and family together.
Through the allure of international cuisine, this purpose was pursued in Florida. Working and studying through the culinary profession, Chef Ethan is a savant in expert dining, nutrition, and delicious diverse cuisine. With a goal to astound each expectation.

Originally from Bulgaria, Aleksandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Cordial Cottage LLC. With an international background in marketing and event coordination, she founded the company with a vision of bringing luxury private dining into the comfort of clients’ homes and vacation properties.

Driven by a passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences, Aleksandra built Cordial Cottage from the ground up, leading its brand, business development, client relations, and strategic growth. Her dedication to excellence has been instrumental in establishing Cordial Cottage Private Chef as a trusted name for elevated, personalized dining experiences along the Gulf Coast.

After relocating to Florida, Aleksandra partnered with her husband, Chef Ethan, combining her expertise in business and hospitality with his culinary talent.
