From early beginnings, Ethan always splendored in the craft of cooking while also making dining a delight. This passion has displayed in creating exceptional food in the most genuine manner.
Growing up in California, Ethan was naturally drawn to the art of the kitchen, arranging nightly meals to bring home and family together.
Through the allure of international cuisine, this purpose was pursued in Florida. Working and studying through the culinary profession, Chef Ethan is a savant in expert dining, nutrition, and delicious diverse cuisine. With a goal to astound each expectation.

Originally from the European country Bulgaria, Aleksandra’s international education and experience in marketing as well as event coordination offers excellence to all areas of service. She is the Managing Director of Cordial Cottage LLC, where she leads strategic growth and has played a key role in shaping the vision and success of Cordial Cottage Private Chef.

After relocating to Florida, Aleksandra and her husband, Ethan, combined their shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail. Ethan brings a hands-on, supportive approach to operations and client experience, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
